Nose: Fresh and lively cherry.

Mouth: Extended softness and a touch of pepper and smoke light. Nice and smooth tannins.

Alcohol: 13,5%

Recommended dishes: excellent by itself or with rice dishes, duck, grilled vegetables, roasted lamb, cold meat, cured cheese and Asian dishes.

Best served at 18º C
